Between breakfast and lunch:
Half a cup of skimmed milk, or apple.
Lunch:
Large dish soup, green salad with vegetables and meat. Or 4 tablespoons of cooked vegetables, a piece of meat with fat-free.
Or cooked vegetables with half a grilled pullet. Or cooked vegetables with grilled fish.
Between lunch and dinner:
Fruit fruit, or a glass of orange juice.
Dinner:
Cup skimmed milk, or yogurt cup skimmed the face.
